At Taxi for North East, we value your travel plans and understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to changes. However, cancellations of tour/travel services are subject to the following terms and conditions.

To initiate a cancellation, please notify us in writing. The cancellation charges will apply based on the date we receive your written communication:

25% of the tour/service cost will be charged if cancellation is made 45 days or more before the tour.
35% of the tour/service cost will be charged if cancellation is made 25 to 44 days before the tour.
70% of the tour/service cost will be charged if cancellation is made 15 to 24 days before the tour.
No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made within 15 days of the tour’s start date, or after the tour has commenced.

Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request in writing.
The refund will be made via the original mode of payment.
